Pay via EFT, but you are a full time USA employee? That's fraudulent on their part. They need to have a license and pay payroll tax and income tax in the USA.

Easily what?
Sorry, international law?
A company in the UK would have NO idea how to open an entity / company in the USA, much less have ANY current knowlege of USA payroll tax laws. Where in the world did you come up with this idea?

Yeah, no. Easily handle opening a foreign entity, establishing tax presence for both corporate and payroll? Oh, insurance, a legal address, and is it an LLC, C Corp, S Corp? Who are the equity partners, and funding it?
USA address, bank accounts, etc.
Spitting out my coffee on this. Where is it so easy to set up a company when the parent company is in the UK?
"Easily explain "- Nope.
