Pray. And I will pray for you. I'm not a religious person by any stretch of the imagination but I've found speaking my troubles into the universe helps. You have a lot going on and I would focus on getting the help and using their resources. And if you can volunteer or give to someone less fortunate (I know it doesn't seem like it) you may find hope and a return from the universe.
