The next time you say, "I don't have time" ask yourself, who has it then?

We all get the same 24 hours in the day. As a Working Mom myself, I am well aware that there are many parts of that day that are out of your control. But there are also plenty things that you CAN control. Make sure you take advantage of the things you can, for sanity and time's sake. Here are some things that YOU can get in check: 1. Notifications on your phone 2. Screen time 3. Who you commit your time to 4. When to end your work day 5. Placing your phone on "Do NOT Disturb" What are some other things you can control to get your time back?

K nooooo matter what I do, putting away laundry eats up soooo much time even when Im trying to handle calls. So I prefer to just wait until there’s at least 2-3 loads (we are a family of 3). I handle all my work from home and then focus on losing time projects. It has helped navigate issues like unexpected errands and such

No is a complete sentence. If someone asks you to do one more thing and you just don’t have the time or the energy, or if it’s not in your job description, it’s ok to say no. Mom used to say, “No is a sentence. Don’t qualify it or follow it up with an excuse. Just say no and wait.” Why do people assume you can handle one more “small task”? It’s simple: We are Type A go getters. We are busy. We are competent. We meet deadlines. We do whatever it takes to get the job done... that said, there’s a limit.

Yes! These are great tips!! No matter if we want to admit it or not, our phones (in some cases) are not a priority, we just want them to be lol
