I would like advice on a situation that keeps happening at my office.
How would you deal with a coworker who does not respect timelines. Last month he was to go over spreadsheet to review . He ignored the deadline. He has another deadline coming up on a project that I need to be part of after him and he is ignoring the timeline yet again. I am sure next week he will finish but at the last minute and then expect me to finish fast and rushing. I am due to go on vacation next week too.
I would like to send him a reminder by Friday but don’t know how to approach it if he comes back saying: I will get it done next week.
