Just started my hunt for a new Director of Sales Enablement position. I'm in tech b2b sales. Pretty storied career so far including one acquisition, and I'm beyond grateful!
But after 15 years, there's a lot of toxic experiences mixed in too. And mistakes in job selections. Especially since transitioning from enterprise sales to sales enablement.
Anywho, I'm feeling pretty vulnerable. And nervous. Both unhelpful feelings considering I want to be smart about how I apply e.g. Video, Canva links, etc. Similarly, I need to enter into each interview with a fresh, sharp, optimistic, yet objective mindset. And my first is scheduled for next week.
Would anyone be down to help coach me through this? I could REALLY use the help right now.
