They have a teams group chat at work and I never comment on it because I like to mind my business but pay attention to theirs just to see what's going on.
This lady in the chat just asked a question about my department to ask who was over it and it’s me. Should I respond to it or not ? I feel like they lowkey don't like me any way due to a prior incident which is further adding to my anxiety about responding.
