I make sure I take plenty of time for myself. I arrange with my manager to take 1/2 days on Fridays, I'm remote 3 days per week so I schedule yoga classes outside in the park at lunch. I ride my bike to do errands. I schedule naps on weekends and make sure I get 9 hours of sleep nightly.
I cut way back on personal obligations and work meetings that are not absolutely necessary. I work with my manager to ensure we are in sync so that there is coverage. I need to be present so there is no chance for more than 1 week vacations but he also doesn't want to lose me so he jumps in to take things off my plate.
I also make regular trips to my doctor yo ensure I'm not low on any vitamins or minerals and that my hormones are at a healthy level.
Finally I take time to relax and eat well. I change gears and make sure that I cut back on people, drama and stress where possible. That means talking with friends and family and enlisting their help in protecting my health and well-being. I do the same for them.
I practice my faith and stay connected yo my community because that seems to feed my soul.

Sorry you are going through that. Prioritize your health first. Certainly do what you can at work, but let your supervisor know what you are working on, how much time it takes, and what tasks you have delegated to someone else. Instead of agreeing to pick up the slack for the co-worker who isn't doing his/her fair share, first talk to the co-worker about it, then feel free to alert your supervisor if the problem isn't corrected. You don't want to be a tattle tale on minor matters, but if this person persistently isn't doing their work, that needs to be addressed. You should not be working a lot of overtime if you're dealing with a health problem; don't let the job worsen your illness. Do what you can during work hours and try not to even think about it outside of work.
