What NOT to say when interviewing with a competitor
As someone with a strong background in personalization marketing, companies with customer loyalty and personalization programs occasionally reach out to me regarding my experience and opportunities within their organization. I struggle when it comes to explaining my experience. I never want to say too much regarding exactly what I do in fear that I could be "spilling industry secrets" without even realizing it. What are some best practices when it comes to what NOT to say and aspects of your experience that you should focus on as to stay clear of getting yourself in an uncomfortable spot.
