Keeping a pulse on the engagement and wellbeing of employees
It's been a few months-- because-- well-- the juggle of all things of a pandemic, remote work, kids, etc. It is always refreshing when I get back to the these threads. I'm hoping to gain insight regarding how you all are measuring and monitoring your employees' engagement, well being, happiness (and anxiety) and performance while navigating the current environment. Are you conducting surveys (more frequently than before)? If so- are they shorter pulse surveys rather than longer comprehensive surveys? How are you administering them? Are you having more one on ones (via video chat)? When it comes to recruiting- are you shifting the skill sets and requirements as you look at the long game of the redefined workplace? I know I asked a lot of questions- any and all thoughts and feedback you have would be WELCOMED!
