Intuition and Dreams

Do you trust your intuition? Do you believe in your dreams? Have you ever experienced a vision? My life has been challenging for the past 10 years and even after my divorce, I made the decision to trust my intuition when it came to men and to work. A few years ago, I had a vision about someone who I am familiar with that lasted the three hours. It was from the person’s Mom who wanted me to communicate to them that they shouldn’t be alone and to find love. I was in shock. I briefly posted it on social media then months later, I shared with the person in detail about the vision. Learned later that the person’s Mom believed in vision and dreams. Granted, I have not experienced deja vue or closure yet but the journey has been significant in both of our lives. Have you ever experienced a dream so big that it changed your life?

Interesting question. In brief, my answer is yes-- especially with respect to intuition. My intuition has been pretty accurate with respect to people's feelings toward me, and I've been incorrect when I've tried to rationalize these feelings away. More recently, I've been a member of a group that meets by telephone weekly to send positive intention to others. I've noticed that my ability to "pick up" or sense information about others has improved. Dreams: very few of my dreams have been precognitive (a good thing!), but one certainly was. In the 1980s or 1990s, I had a dream of being on the West Side of lower Manhattan in a landscape filled with ashy powder. The images seen in my dream were substantiated by the scenes from the vicinity of the World Trade Center in the wake of September 11, 2001. That said, my dream had insufficient context or detail to allow me to predict 9/11. I by no means believe that intuition or dreams are infallible, but they can sometimes convey information not gathered by the five senses. An important point: this information may not be valid, so evaluate it as you would information obtained by other means. An important point for professional psychics and intuitives: you are a counselor, so do no harm to your clients. A third point: reputable psychics and intuitives do not charge exorbitant rates and discourage clients from consulting them more frequently than a couple of times a year. Anyone who asks for exorbitant sums, encourages frequent visits, or asks you to spend money for additional rituals or products is a charlatan and should be avoided.

Tonight, my gut feeling was to go home straight from work for my cat. When I got home, my air conditioning stopped working which sometimes happens. With an elderly cat, the heat adds stress to them. I paid one time until they asked me advice. My gut feeling has saved my life and made me stronger because I listened.
