Ok, so I've been at this Company for 2 years now. I thought it was high noon that I finally asked for at least a $10,000 bump.
I went in armed with statistics from the Labor Department and a lost list of all of the accomplishments and added value I contributed in the past two years.
He said he will make it happen.
Any tips on what I should do from here on out?
The raise wouldn't take affect til next year. Thanks !
