My family loves this recipe as a stand alone, over mashed potatoes, toast or even as a side dish. So thought I would share! Depending on family size, for just the 3 of us I use the below with plenty of left over for a late week side dish. 1 Bag of Reames Homemade Noodles (Freezer section), 3 cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup, 2 boxes of chicken broth or chicken stock. Bring chicken broth to a rapid boil and add noodles cook until tender then add cream of chicken soup and stir well. Simmer, and stir frequently until the sauce starts to thicken to your preferred consistency. You can also get creative and add other items such as cut up chicken, peas, carrots, etc and make a chicken noodle pot pie. I use low sodium everything but completely up to you.
