i found very interesting the news that Gilead the pharmaceutical company is confident that in less than 18 months will be able to get the vaccine out..I know sounds long time but trust me for producing a vaccine which usually takes years 4 or 5 this is a record timing..

One very important thing from my side: Build your immune system through good health nutrition, do best to move, exercise, meditate, keep in mind calories intake vs what you doing all days to spend those calories. I do believe in Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 intake and calcium, plus eating lots of veggies and fruits and health staff will help. On top as per NASA report - air pollution has decreased so drastically that finally we can breathe- I appreciate that and I feel good about that. I do believe that a healthy immune system beats everything!

Thank you. Days are crazy busy. My advice would be a repetition maybe of what you all already know: 10 Steps to protect yourself and others Wash your hands frequently.   ? Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose.   ? Cover your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze.   ? Practice Social Distancing and avoid crowded places.   ?Stay at home if you feel unwell - even with a slight fever and cough.   ? If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early - but call by phone first. Wear a mask only if you are sick or you taking care of someone sick. Clean and disinfect surfaces. Consult with healthcare professionals - for older adults or people with heart conditions or diabetes or immune or respiratory diseases :follow special care and guidance from WHO, CDC and your local official resources.   ℹ Stay aware of the latest information from WHO,CDC and your local official resources.
