I've been tweaking my resume with each new phase of my job search and most recently I've gotten competing feedback. SO...I thought I would bring it to discussion here! In your opinion and experience, which comes first on the resume? Education or Experience?
Currently, my Experience is first. I'm pretty young, so the Experience part of my resume isn't long. Everything fits on one page (I think my references tumble over to the second...).
I do have my Master's in Social Work, so on most copies of my resume my name at the top reads "Trinity Griffin, MSW", which gives a clue about my education...
Should I switch it for a few applications, to see if the responses I receive are any different? Or leave it as is?
