I like this "personal" vision question as most of us likely have a statement for our professional intentions. The closest thing I have is my strengths mantra-- "I am fearless, inspiring and positive." I use this often whether to remind myself how I can overcome a challenge OR inspire me to aim just a bit higher.

I like it, strength mantra. When I'm challenged at work I've taken my call to action from Nike, "Just do it!" It's written all over my agenda. My other daily inspirational message is, "Your comfort zone will kill you." This phrase was written on a wall and I photographed it. I see this multiple times per day as this photo is my screen saver image on my phone. I'm now working on a "new" personal vision statement.

Not so much a vision statement but rather elevator speeches, suited for the occasion. So when I am out promoting a youth organization, I have an elevator speech about why families should join. Same with work and other settings. I suppose a vision statement could grow from an elevator speech.
