Any advice would be greatly appreciated….
Last year, I got jobs that were not stable. One of them, I had to quit due to the role not been a fit and the department was severely overworked.
Second one I got, it was permanent. I performed my job (went above and beyond). This was a remote role. At the end, I was fired because they had unrealistic expectations.
Now I’m getting unemployment benefits and I have been applying. But my fear is I don’t want to take any job that I wouldn’t last on like the second situation. Since I’m getting benefits and I have recruiters contacting me, what should I do? If I get an offer, is it wise to tell the recruiter to sign an agreement with the prospective company that they would keep me on for at least a year if its a contract role? I’m asking because I don’t want to gamble it since I’m getting paid unemployment and I don’t want anything to mess with that if it won’t last long.

It is possible to relay your career (life) story without providing information that would allow "them" to figure out your age.

I do not post publicly on social media, I normally don't post or allow others to post pictures of me online.
Yesterday, I had Google remove results that provide my age and address (previous and current) when searching my name.
I don't want random people having access to that information.

A contract job is not meant to be a finite amount of time. I would think do you want a job or do you want to collect, you can't do both. Contract work is meant for either party to end the job for any reason. My daughter was just on a contract job that was so bad she called and ended it after 3 days. They could have ended it at any point as well.
Ask questions about why the position is open and the corporate culture to try and get some more information before making a decision.
