I get really bad anxiety when it comes to big work meetings. I overthink what I'm about to say, I have sleepless nights beforehand and then I feel generally off and not energized when it comes to the time of the meeting. I'd consider myself to be a very social person but I just struggle when it comes to bigger meetings with 4-10+ more people who are in a higher ranking than I am.
Any tips on how to address this issue, boost my work confidence and/or get more sleep?? Thanks so much for hearing me out!
