What is one little way you prioritize your health everyday?

I am very deliberate about wearing SPF — and I force myself to drink 8 glasses of water a day!

One trick I tell people that want to get to the gym after work but find it difficult. Put your gym bag in your car so there is no reason to go home after work.

I work out for at least an hour every morning and drink a TON of water during that time. It makes me feel more energized for the day as well as giving me my alone time in the morning to prepare my introverted self for a day of interacting with a ton of people at work.

I absolutely love the app "Calm" it's meant for meditating/relaxing. Sometimes I have it on for hours in the background if I am working on something intense on the computer and need focus, other times I will only use it for 10-15 minutes at night to help with breathing or meditating. More of a mental health app, but it's been amazing and absolutely love it!

Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and walking around the block for 10 minutes even if I don't have time for a longer lunch break- gets me moving at least a little!

Those are great habits! I bike to work, unless the weather's bad (then I walk to the bus stop). I also make sure my water bottle is with me.

I walk my little dog morning and evening. This gets me up and out the door, rain or shine, so I can say I've moved a little. I also aim to get at least a few servings of vegetables every day.
