I don't think we've yet realized how dramatically the phone is changing our culture, but getting a good night's sleep is one area where I always held the line. How do you make sure your kids get enough sleep?
1. No phones in the bedroom. EVER.
2. Model the behavior. No phone in my room either.
2. Buy an alarm clock. My family has 4.
But... I will also admit that maintaining this has become harder with a 17 year old that goes to bed later than I do.
