anyone with anxiety have any tips that don't require medication?

I'm a pretty anxious person, but for the most part, I don't feel like my anxiety is a huge hinderance on my ability to function/communicate, etc. I do, on the other hand, tend to lose sleep (literally) over things I can't control, waste time overanalyzing things, etc. I'd love to avoid medication if possible, but I'm wondering if anyone has identified any activities/practices that successfully quell their stress/anxiety etc.

I’m not an overly anxious person but from time to time there are occasions in which my mind will get the best of me. During those moments it’s important for me to first recognize and acknowledge the emotion but to quickly begin quieting my mind through prayer and reframing (explore what I’m feeling and determine if this a real of false positive narrative? What options exist and reconnect to truth replacing negative thoughts with positive thoughts and recalling good outcomes to restore my faith and recalibrate the mind). I also believe in the transformative power of exercise to clear the mind and focus the energy into something else. I pray this helps you. Good luck
