Why an employer saying that they welcome skin color, age, gender, ability or background isn’t enough.
There are so many companies who vocalize this both internally and externally. While it sounds great, it isn’t enough. Actually setting policies in place that considers minority perspectives... evokes trust. When it comes to policies, what does your employer offer that you wish every employer had? On the flip side, what policies do you hope to see in the future? D&I and/or EGR groups?
