What are your favorite outfits for interviews?

I have an interview tomorrow and I can't think of what outfit to wear?

I have a black and white textured blazer that is my go-to interview statement piece! I either wear a black dress underneath or a white blouse and black pants. It works for any type of work environment and makes me feel confident.

I agree that it's so important to wear something you're comfortable in and feel confident in. It'll help you express yourself more confidently in your interview when you feel good in your clothes, both physically and emotionally. I also love wearing a conversation piece, whether it's an accessory or a fun blazer. I would base this on the "personality" of the company though- for a more conservative/less fashionable company, I may wear statement earrings or a small fashion scarf rather than a boldly patterned blazer or "architecturally styled" jacket.

Anytime I have an interview, I like to have one aspect of my look to be a statement piece. The last interview I had, I wore a pair of black pants that had cute little black tassels, a floral chiffon button up, and a pair of metallic silver heels. By adding a bold piece to your interview look, it helps you stand out more and your interviewer is likely to remember you!

For warmer months I like a short sleeve button-up tucked into a midi-skirt with flats or low block heels. For winter I like wearing a turtleneck top tucked into high-waisted trousers with booties! I've also always brought my blazer with me because, you know, it's a blazer :p
