My skin is cracking from dryness..

Do you consider courses/professional certificates on Coursera to be valuable and/or worth the time? I have degrees, but there are some certifications that I feel would bulk my resume if Coursera is respected.

As a creative director who left their job earlier this year, I've been receiving rejection emails left and right from automated systems. Am I the only one facing this, or is there something unique happening in the job market?

I advise others to attend the next event.

I am new to this website!! :) I am looking for a remote opportunity! I don't want just another job I want a Career, a future, somewhere I can develop and move up. I am dedicated, loyal, detail oriented, etc. I don't have a lot of experience, but I am willing to learn and work hard at anything I do, I have an open availability as well. I am loyal and been with the company for more than 25 years ; good attendance and employee of the month and season too. I think he should cut me a slack and approve it. ( still on the works but made me really upset )
