Leadership / company-building / management books

Any books anyone is reading that they love in these genres? I am currently reading Reid Hoffman's Blitzscaling as well as the classic, High Output Management by Andy Grove.

Dare to Lead by Brene Brown. All of Brene's books are great, but this one specifically focuses on leadership.
