What are your companies planning for 2021 holiday celebrations, if anything?

We don't currently have anything on the books right now; it seems hard to plan when the state of the world is constantly uncertain, although I'm feeling optimistic about this fall. How about you?

We don't currently have any plans for 2021 holiday celebrations either. We're just sort of monitoring the course of the pandemic and shutdowns (if any) this year. The only event we're working on is replacing our annual ski event that we normally host in February. Right now, we're brainstorming the idea of conducting a virtual escape room to replace that (still researching logistics behind that). If 2021 continues the pattern of 2020, we may mimic what we did for our December Holiday celebration, which was a week long of Holiday Activities:
Monday - Virtual board games
Tuesday - Christmas movie full-day
Wednesday - Gingerbread decorating
Thursday - Morning hot chocolate conversations
Friday - Virtual trivia night
Ultimately, we hope things turn around and we can be more creative in what to do! What has your company planned out, if any?

We have purchased tickets for our annual baseball outing in July. That's all the social events we have confirmed thus far.
We have a large company so finding the right space for the holiday party is always a challenge and I am worried about timing and expectations. I personally feel it's too early and too soon to do anything. I would love to start thinking and sharing some creative ideas for a new format that could be more COVID friendly. I am cautiously optimistic as well!

We have two annual events, one in the summer and one around the holidays. Our summer event is normally centered around visiting an area in our area that is served by our non-profit. Last year, instead of visiting, we had a Zoom farm tour for a rescue. I suspect that this year will be something similar with 'party food' delivered to each individuals house. For the holiday season, I suspect it will be the same as we have been told that if we go back to the office before December it will be in a hoteling type solution so I doubt plans will include the gathering of our staff.
