First time asking for advice.

I've been at my current job for almost 3yrs. My bosses are a married couple and are great people, but as for bosses they're not so great. It is an office setting I was hired as an office manager yet manage nothing because the wife is very very controlling and changes things depending on her mood which in a month we see maybe 2 days of a good mood. If she's upset at the technicians she yells at me about it then ends by saying "I'm not mad at you it's the guys" yet she never yells at them. On the extremely rare occasion she tells them she says it in a nice tone acting like she understands it's still a work in progress. These guys have been here over 2yrs. they're not new. Then she can't answer a phone because if a customers tone is serious or some people just are rude, she literally cries on the phone so I answer. Yet she is trying to listen in telling me what to say or upset saying they're cheap or a pain not allowing me to hear the customer and focus on the actual customer. She will give me something to do I do it then as am doing it starts randomly giving me more or ask me to look something up in a program that is on her screen as well. Yes I've told her about this and she stops for a couple days then starts up again. The wife doesnt come in the office until noon, comes in and out after that then cries because she's frustrated she can't get work done. Well I was raised that work is a priority and if the business and employees start at 8am maybe try voming in by 8am. But her reason is they are not morning people. Yet everyone including her husband start early. As for her husband, he is the type that is foul mouthed when telling a story or speaking to her, never at me but he gets tired of her crying or complaining repetitively he will snap at her which I cannot do because I am professional at work and do not like confrontations like that. He also isn't great at communicating. He will schedule jobs without telling me, after HE had already had me scheduled other things then tells me to reschedule it. I can handle that but after rescheduling the same customer 3-4 times the customer gets upset so I tell him and he says he doesn't care about the personality or attitude. Then they say nobody us aloud time off during May-September. Yet they have left a few times on a Thursday-Tuesday in that time window and do not want to be bothered. Now don't get me wrong they're the owners they can do as they please and deserve a weekend getaway, but if I ask before you leave can we discuss what's going on for those days so I know what can be scheduled. The response I get is go over what I'm busy. I say ok so if someone calls can I schedule fir Monday he says I don't know I might be selling a job for Monday but I don't know yet. Then says "unless it's an emergency don't call me I gave things to do before we leave." Again as people not as employers they are nice. When it comes to managing they're not. I am completely beat down and frustrated, but I really need the job so I just take it and say ok because I don't want to upset them more and I'm not confrontational to begin with, but I'm tired and always dreading going in to work to a job that is very easy just they make it difficult. Any advice on how to deal with this situation. By the way there is no HR technically that is her.
