Hi, I have a little dilemma and need help how to address it.
I received survey results for my team, and it was pretty positive, except for 1 question: the score for senior management relationship was at 0%. After further discussion with the team, it turned out that they were not satisfied with our department's director. They felt that he did not understand our product lane and did not give the team credit for everyone's hard work. I've sent some of that feedback to my manager/ the director, but I have not heard back.
I've been thinking about it for days, and I feel that I need to address it with other parties as well. Should I go to the HR? Or maybe I need to let our department executive leader know about it?
Any advise will be greatly appreciated, as this situation keeps me up at night.
