I posted an indeed review on my former company and it magically disappeared .
I had a very unfortunate and unfair situation happen at my old job. I decided to write an indeed review to make sure to at least speak my truth and helping professionals be aware of what they are getting into. I was bothered that my review is not only visible anymore but I saw a recent 5 positive reviews. I met with a group of coworkers that worked for the same organization and told me that they know if the reviews they posted were deleted and that now they are concentrating on getting over the experience. They did share they gave negative feedback on their exit interview but they are not sure if that information is even getting to a person that can help the situation. I use to be in management and I told my colleagues that exit interviews do not get to the CEO/ the appropriate management but they do review what is being posted online.
Can employers delete/omit/ remove indeed, yelp, and even glassdoor reviews?
