Changes

I am currently going through a transitional phase in my life for self empowerment and a more fulfilling career. Though I'm at a loss for my next steps to move forward with my process. I'm looking for a career with a work life balance that allows me ti hold space for myself as well as others. Is anybody in a similar boat and if so where do you find you confidence to push forward and thrive?

At some point in one’s life there’s the yearning to do more or be better, moreso I believe as we age and that bridge to no where is getting closer. This stagnation leads us to focus on that lost dream and enables us to want to regain the thirst for change. Being where you are myself, I am motivated to get certified in a humanitarian program and devote myself to that service. The payout is twofold: I make a career change and feel fulfilled -hopefully for the long haul, and more importantly, make a difference in someone’s life.

Hi Jennavive- Happy Valentine’s Day:) When I need to make change happen I first take care of myself. Confidence comes from happiness and health so start with: Exercise/even just walks and sunlight and then: what makes you happiest, do it every day even just for 30 minutes. When I am my best self, I can put my best self out there in the universe. That’s most important. I also read to learn what the experts suggest. Books like “The 4-Hour Workweek” by Timothy Ferriss. I buy a new planner from bando.com and I put makeup on and focus on one thing at a time.
