My retail company is expanding, and we need more experienced retail managers to come aboard. The only candidates I've seen interviewed so far are men. Our district leadership structure is already less than 30% women. I have been searching for ways to find strong women leaders for retail and am coming up short. That's actually how I came across this website. Any suggestions on recruiting strong female talent? Would you go to a job fair that was targeted for women in retail management? Maybe partnering with other retailers in our market? Any thoughts are appreciated!
