Half of our executive team
has been replaced, most of the new leaders are bringing in people they have worked with in the past to replace current staff. This is happening primarily at the levels directly below the VP (Sr directors, directors, assistant directors). Current staff are training their replacements and waiting for their pink slips. What is the best way to address this as I job hunt now, should I explain management is looking to move in a new direction or something else? I feel that those of us being replaced are good people, we are simply not being given a chance to show what we can do because the “change agents” want quick results and the board feels having a bunch of fresh faces is the best way to do that I guess. All of the operations groups are being impacted.
