Spring is upon us! The time of year for blooming and change and during this time I decided to sign for a 30 Day program from a popular fitness trainer I follow- Massy Arias.
I am in week two and despite the fact that I am literally eating the same thing for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner everyday along with working out 5 days a week, I feel amazing!
I must admit a few times this week there have been some cravings for sugar treats and temptations and luckily I have a partner along the way. There have been gradual changes in the way I feel, think and even work!
I am posting to share the program if you're looking for a little spring cleaning of your mind, body and spirit (its called the #ma30daychallenge, theres a 60day one too) and also for motivation so I can say no to all the snacks in the office!!
