A popular podcast on Apple won me over today.
A friend recommended "RISE podcast" and I was in love with the first episode I listened to called, "How You Can Use Instagram To Sell A Product." For anyone who sells a product (Examples: through Etsy, a book, a side hustle, art or even an event), I highly recommend giving this a listen! My biggest takeaways were: 1) The speaker (Rachel Hollis) has more Facebook followers but she sells more through Instagram. 2) Follow your competitors who sell the same product as you (and are crushing it). Don't steal their content but get inspired by them. 3) Planoly is a free app where you pre-post Instagram content... I thought this could be a game changer for people so I wanted to share! You don’t need perfect predictions.

Quantity doesn’t beat quality. Sending out 100 generic resumes won’t open as many doors as 10 targeted, tailored applications.
Focus on roles that match your skills, customize your resume, and write a thoughtful cover letter. It’s not a numbers game; it’s a strategy game.

Benefits for hourly employees?
I work as a recruiter for a relatively small employer (about 50 employees) The CEO asked me my opinion about not giving health, PTO, and holiday benefits to our hourly full-time employees in an effort to cut costs. She wants only salaried employees to have benefits.
I gave her my take on this and am curious about yours (pros and cons) especially those in HR.
