The managers have to follow a protocol to get you fired. Just document everything and dates and start printing out your emails to have as a timeline. Keep your accomplishments, and kuddos and stay positive if this is what he/she is trying to do.

They do their own “protocol”, and it doesn’t even need to be true. If they want you gone, you’ll be gone. It’s terrible, I agree 100%, and it’s painful as a human being to learn that there are people cruel enough to bold face lie and make claims that have zero evidence, and more importantly, zero truth. My issue happened nearly seven months ago, and I’m still devastated by the actions of my “supervisor”. I have found a wonderful job with the Federal Government, but it’s quite a drive and costs a lot of money to commute, and I still would have stayed where I was, especially after being with my last company ten full years. Good luck to you, don’t get pushed around, but don’t be naïve at the same time. Unless you have a “friend” in someone higher than that supervisor, they will most likely take their word for it unfortunately. Don’t let something else come and go because you tried to fight to keep the job you have now. It’s scary getting a new job, trust me lol, it sucked for me, but ultimately, it may be better for your mental health to start looking for something better long before the poop hits the fan. Good luck my friend! I believe you’ll take charge of your own destiny!! ?
