I have 12 plus years of technical recruiting experience plus account manager experience. I exceeded hiring goals in all of my positions and awarded Presidents Club several times. I left my job in 2008 to care for my children. I have excellent references from my past 3 managers. I am applying for recruiter and recruiting coordinator positions. I am tailoring my resume to have skill sets stand out. I am submitting detailed but brief cover letters. My resume skill set matches the jobs I am applying for but I am getting no where. Is this just not going to happen? Any suggestions are welcomed!
