Sweaters tucked into jeans

Do you think this style is totally cute or a fashion disaster??

It really depends on the look. Low rise jeans? Leave the sweater out. High waist jeans with a thinner sweater? Tuck with a cute belt to accent.

I love the current trend of tucking tops into high waisted pants. I do it all the time! I have a smaller waist and like showing it off a little bit. I absolutely do sweaters, too.

Hmm..I don't think I've ever seen someone tuck in a sweater...but I can see it working with a lightweight one.

I agree on the specific sweater. Thicker sweaters are likely a no but thin sweaters that are a little drayey or softer construction can look very cute!

It would probably make you appear to look like a "stuffed sausage" and be very uncomfortable for you during your school day or work day.

Depends on the sweater! If its too thick I get a nice cute muffin top ;P ... Thin, short sweaters that are tucked are alright

I totally agree...some are too bulky to tuck in...it would be a fashion disaster. I've some really cute, thin, long sleeved "sweaters" tucked seamlessly into a high-waist skirt with ease. If you're asking whether or not it is a fashion disaster, take a picture of your self wearing it and send it to some friends for their opinion. If you are comfortable, then it does not matter! Enjoy it...its your artistic twist to fashion, so who can judge that?

I tuck all of my sweaters in! At the very least in the front but sometimes all the way around. I'm pretty short so if I don't the sweaters look wayyyyy too big

I always tuck my sweaters at least in the front because I'm quite small and petite! I think it's cute and a must if i'm wearing a skirt with it!

It completely depends on the sweater, the jeans, and the person underneath. I have seen really cute outfits where the sweater was tucked into jeans, and I have seen outfits where I wonder what in the world happened that this poor girl had not seen a mirror or a car door in the entire day. Like every other fashion trend, it simply depends.

Last year I went through all my sweaters and found the ones with softer materials, like cashmere, worked well tucked in. Big bulky sweaters are a no.
