I walk a 3-4 miles to work every single day and while I love tracking my steps, my back is literally killing me. I went to a chiropractor but my shoulders continue to slump and my overall posture is just... bad. I carry my laptop to work using a big purse and don’t really have another option. Does anyone have advice? I don’t want to give up walking and I’m too stubborn to even try. Any advice/tips would be SO much appreciated.
