day light saving ended and i'm feeling SAD (seasonal affective disorder)
it's been 3 days since day light saving ended. while i love getting an extra hr in the morning, i hate that by the time i get out of work, it's so dark. i miss seeing the sun :( i also don't like being outside when i'm cold so i'm just spending time in the office & in the blankets at home. i'm becoming more and more sluggish & tired and beginning to suspect that i might be suffering from seasonal affective disorder. does anyone else suffer from this? or does anyone know what can lessen the effects of it?
