It will be easier for people to assist you if you can provide more information or ask more specific questions. What kind of position are you looking for? In what geographic location? With which employer(s)? If you do not have the answers to those questions, then you can network for information that will help you determine these. You could say: What kind of jobs would you recommend for someone with a Bachelor's in Psychology. My other interests and skills include... Or you might want to ask who here has a Bachelor's in Psychology? What kind of jobs did you look for or find? If you are not clear on what you want to do, the Department of Labor has 2 sites that can be extremely helpful. The first is O*Net Online (https://www.onetonline.org). Find the "Advanced" search on the home page and click on the down arrow. Then, click on "Skills Search" or any of the other categories that look interesting. The skills search will let you check the skills you have and then show you types of jobs that use those skills. The second site is the Occupational Outlook Handbook (https://www.bls.gov/ooh/). It is by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, an agency of the Department of Labor. Once you have an idea of what kinds of positions you want to research, this site will provide considerable information about the requirements, salary, etc. Also, once you have some idea of what you want, you can ask people in those fields for informational interviews. This is where you ask questions about their profession to help you get a better feel for what they entail. You also might want to talk with Psychology alums from your school. I suspect you will find a very broad range of experiences or professions.

You're invited.
