If a candidate doesn't send a thank you email or note after an interview will you not hire them?
I recently saw a twitter debate over hiring or not hiring someone who didn't send a thank you email. One person said that they would never hire someone who didn't send a thank you email, while the other person thought that was extreme and that if they are a fit for the job than that should be enough. What do you all think? Is it a make or break move? Is an email enough? Should you send a physical card?
