Hi all! I'm preparing to have some development conversations with my team over the next few weeks and I wanted to see what are some of the best tools/documents/other strategies that you've used for your own development conversations. I'm not a formal development plan type of leader, but I do feel that getting the thoughts on paper will help me and my team. I love the idea of a vision board for this, but is that maybe too over the top? :-)
I really want it to be a collaborative plan, something where my directs provide their own thoughts and I share some of my own and the ways I can help them. Thanks in advance!
