I have a question about employment contracts: I just received my contract from the company I'm about to join. The company is overseas and it doesn't mention anything regarding my relocation back to the US in case I get laid off. Should it?
The contract also mentions potential traveling but doesn't say anything about travel reimbursement. should I ask them to add it?
Do you have tips/ recos for negotiating contracts?
What else should I not forget to include on my contract?
