My boss assigns me projects frequently, and while there's some information, there's never much direction. When I ask questions she gets frustrated that I'm not being independent enough and tells me to figure it out. I often don't see the bigger picture of these projects or even feel like the work she assigns has much value to the company.
When I try my best and finish what she assigns, she often tells me I didn't do it the way she wanted me to. In these moments, she admits she was wrong and that she should have been clearer, but the next time the same thing happens. What do I do?
