I purposefully didn’t answer any emails before noon – here’s what happened
I've been seeing all these new WFH routine hacks, so I wanted to share my most recent attempt at changing my schedule. While I usually check my email as my first task of the day, I've been pushing my inbox review to the second half of my day — and focusing instead on doing uninterrupted, project-focused tasks during my morning hours!
While I was stressed at first, I've been much more productive during those morning hours — instead of thinking about all of the emails and the ones I didn't get to, I know I've set aside time to go through my inbox later.
