We have a woman a work who does good work but absolutely has zero emotional intelligence and nothing in her life but work and church.
I was supposed to be off one day last week. When I awakened, I checked my email to make sure nothing important was being missed. The first thing I see is her pulling one of my projects into her space.
I sent a sweet but terse email to the team and reminded everyone that we need to be mindful of others. I also decided to work rather than take the day off. (We had just been encouraged to take time during this crisis. )
What do you suggest I do to keep this woman from stepping on my toes. This isn't the first time. She just can't seem to keep from getting into other people's lanes and prides herself on being a work martyr.
