I landed a great job, and am due to start my new role in two weeks. I've moved jobs and companies before, but given the all virtual environment, and that this is a promotion for me (Director to VP), would love thoughts on things to prepare for, tips on making the transition into new role as smooth as possible. I have a 30-60-90 day plan created and shared with new CMO, but would love some innovative and inspiring ideas to help me onboard and adjust successfully!
15 minute virtual coffee intros with new staff? Instead of full 30 or hour? Make it feel more personal?
Start off with a listen and learn meeting for BU heads so they feel heard?
Any new ideas to spice up the monotony of introductions and onboarding would be great!
