(Edited my Post. I am sorry if I am unprofessional. I am not fluent in English. Also, I am not asking sympathy or help from employers, I want reality because I am talking about my career.)
Hi Everyone! I badly need a piece of advice. It's very important for my career growth and path. I gave my resignation letter to my boss last September 2020 'cause i got traumatized for what happened to me. He was terrible. He insulted me about my TB disease and my skinny body. He Wanted me to sleep together (sleep in one room during business trip) with our male technicians. I couldn't take it anymore so I gave him my resignation letter but he did not accept it because he needs me, so I stayed. Now that I am almost reaching my 6th month wherein I am supposed to be a regular employee, i was told that my evaluation is on hold by him. I am really fed up. It's really hard to find job especially during pandemic times. I would love to hear practical advice from you. Should I stay or should I really leave this time?Thank you very much.

First, brush up your grammar, spelling and content. Any reputable company would look at this request for help and find it unprofessional.
Second? Tell your boss you cannot and will not be abused by him. First, it’s against the law and secondly tell him you will file a harassment lawsuit if it doesn’t stop and put a timeframe on your written complaint!
Last? If he doesn’t comply, file your lawsuit, leave the company and if necessary, work at Burger King while you look for a better and far more professional job.
Regards and good luck!
Been there...done that!

I apologize for my wrong and unprofessional grammar Mam. I am an Asian and I am not as fluent as you and others. I hope employer with high standard won't see me as unprofessional just because I can't speak and write well constructed English sentences.I was in an angry rage to the point that I did not mind my grammar during typing my post. Anyway, thank you so much for your professional advice. I would take it as a positive lesson.

Good girl! You will master proper English and grammar with practice and time! No worries there. I’ve found over 30 years in business, building business relationships is by far the most important aspect of any profession. In sales especially, your product is secondary to the relationship you build with your customers or your boss. Remember to keep it professional but let your personality work for you. It is exclusively yours and people will remember this far more than whatever profession you choose. One last small piece of advice...do what you love...and the money will follow! Best of luck just being YOU!

I believe if you have documented these instances and kept the evidence you already have grounds for a harassment and hostile work environment lawsuit.
Please talk to a lawyer who specializes in employment law (look to your local bar association for help if you need pro bono help). In many situations I would recommend trying to stand your ground and talk to your manager, but at this point I would not hold out hope that talking would make one bit of difference and if you were pushed to the breaking point before, you need to listen to your instincts.
I agree with KC above, work wherever you can in the short term, but get yourself out. Your mental health depends on it.

When you submitted the resignation letter and then stayed, you basically told him he could do whatever he wanted with no consequences...
