I am a recent computer science graduate looking for a DevOps/Cloud engineer role.
Being an OPT student it's hard to actually land a job. I have received so many rejections since I am not a green card or citizen. I would like to know if there are companies that accepts OPT students for full time here in USA.

Hey, I have been there. It is more challenging to get a job that requires sponsorship. However, there are plenty of technical companies that hire students like you.
I would suggest connecting with university alumni with similar job profiles. That can give you a list of companies that hire students on OPT visa as well as a chance at referral.
Also, I highly recommend university job fairs and women in tech conferences eg. Grace Hopper, Women In Tech etc. The hiring process has greater callback rate than online applications and sometimes has lesser interview rounds.
Good luck

Hi there — there are several companies out there that are looking for people with your skillset no matter your residency status. What resources are you currently using to look for jobs? That can help us know how to navigate your search.

I am actually using Linkedln, Indeed and Glassdoor job search and applying for full time roles.

I think on LinkedIn especially, speaking to the advice above, searching for people with similar background, connecting with them and seeing where they're employed is huge. I'd also suggest keyword searches on any of these platforms/Google, and remember FGB has jobs, too. Rejections are terrible. Be sure to give yourself lots of space for self-care during this stressful process; you deserve it! Best of luck, and keep us updated.
