I'm in the final stages of possibly landing a job at a phenomenal company out of state, in an area I'd love to move to. My SO and I would rent out there but we need to sell our house first. His job is flexible so no issue there and we don't have kids. Luckily we live in a desirable area where the houses…

I also work with someone who is ignorant to our environment. But we are state workers so it takes a mountain to move to get someone to leave. I just think to myself, he's so bloated oh it's his ego. He does this I'm so great thing. I'm great, noooo you're great. Lol I've learned to let that person be my muse though he is incompetent, an idiot, and I work in a good ole boy system in the south. I just believe in karma. She is a bitch and will get him one day.

Hahaha, I feel like I work in the same place. I have a guy that I talk to about twice a week, I leave his office and think to my self, "it's a good thing you are pretty". It is hard to not say it, so I just smile and say thank you for your time, enjoy your day. You could just say thank you and move on, it is hard to do, but you just have to do it.
