First-time exec: executive presence while WFH?

I've been a Director-level employee for almost a decade and just landed my first VP role—not a promotion, but as an outside hire. I'm excited for the work and team I'll be working on. Wondering if there are any key behaviors that help showcase "executive presence" particularly in a work from home situation? Any advice/opinions are appreciated!

Congratulations! I am so excited for you because I hope to follow in your footsteps! I am interviewing for an executive role and feel so unprepared to exude executiveness! Make an effort with hair, makeup, clothes and jewelry if the other execs are as well, I know in tech this might not be the case. Smile and be friendly to everyone, stop and listen to everyone, slow down. Sorry that is all I got! Congrats again!

Congratulations! Exciting! I think it's as simple as having a tidy workspace, keeping your animals and kids at bay during important meetings and getting to know your team (and letting them get to know you) through some structured fun (icebreakers, quizzes, happy hours, training, etc.) And, don't engage in gossip. I probably should have led with that :)
